Sommer Flowers
puts every effort into making sure your special day is perfect.
Custom, Specialty and Holiday orders are placed well in advance
and we go to great lengths to ensure you get the exact flowers you
are requesting for your special occasion. With that in mind, Sommer
Flowers request a deposit of 50% of the total flower order at the
time you place your order.
Shipping
All flowers
are shipped via FedEx or Commercial Airlines
FedEx Overnight
Delivery charges depend on the location where the order is being
shipped to and the weight of the order. Once the order is confirmed
with FedEx the customer will be issued a delivery date and a “Tracking
Number”. Customers can then go to www.fedex.com
and click on Track a Package, enter your tracking number and you
will be able to see the exact location of your order at that time.
A signature is required for all deliveries, so please make arrangements
to have someone at the delivery location to sign for and receive
the order.
At Sommer Flowers
we make every effort to ensure your orders are shipped in great
condition and on time, FedEx guarantees overnight delivery so please
track your package and make the proper arrangements.
Commercial
Airlines
If you live near an airport which supports most major commercial
airlines, this is another option for shipping, although you will
have to travel to the airport to pick up the flowers yourself, they
do not deliver. Sommer Flowers reserves the right to use any carrier
of our choosing and are not responsible for late arrivals.
Cancellation
Policy
Standard
Orders:
Changes, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted 72 hours
prior to shipping on all standard orders.
Custom,
Specialty and Holiday Orders:
Changes, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted fourteen
(14) days prior to shipping.
All cancellations
are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
Refund Policy
Sommer Flowers
stands behind our flowers with a 100% Satisifaction pledge, but
if you should have a complaint, please direct it towards our Customer
Service Department by calling our toll free number 1-888-766-6370.
All complaints and returns are handled on an individual basis, if
you should have a claim, it should be reported within 24 hours of
your receipt of the product shipped. Sommer Flowers will assume
that all products shipped were acceptable by the customer if not
contacted within the 24 hour time period and any claims made after
this will not be processed.
Pictures and/or
return of the product in question are required for the claim process.
Clear and accurate (not retouched) pictures should be taken immediately
so we can see and document the damage. All pictures should be directed
to sommerflowers@gmail.com
Attention Jame. Damage concerning glass items should be have pictures
taken with the product in question still in the shipping box, lid
open. Please include the quantity, type and specific damage to all
products involved when making a claim.
Sommer Flowers
does not accept responsibility if flowers have not been properly
handled and re-hydrated by the customer. Our Flower Care Instruction
page is available on our website as a courtesy for the customer,
but it is the responsibility of the customer to know how to handle
the flowers.
Our flowers
are shipped via FedEx or Commercial Airlines and require a signature
for delivery. It is not our responsibility if you miss the delivery
and the flowers are damaged because of excessive travel time or
exposure. We at Sommer Flowers make every effort to ensure your
orders are delivered on time, we cannot control the shipping carrier
and thus, we are not responsible for carriers’ late deliveries.
Sommer Flowers
reserves the right to inspect all disputed orders, the product in
question might be requested back. Complaints concerning only part
of an order shipped cannot be cause for rejecting the entire order.
Refunds are
given as store credit, there is no exception to this policy. Retuned
checks and chargeback’s are subject to a $30.00 return check
fee.
